Happy

 I moved to Del Mar in November of 1987 and I lived at 2011 Coast Blvd. Then I moved to PDM when my family purchased this house for $395,00 in January of 1992. I was able to afford to purchase this home from my parents in March of 1998. I believe this unit #6 sold originally for $293,034. I served more than 5 years on the PDM board.

I have worked in the mental health field for all of my life. I was able to complete my Ph.D. in psychology at a graduate school here in San Diego. My path took me to the business side of things where I ran 1-800-therapist.com for many years and then an eating disorder referral service which I still help out with: www.edreferral.com. Now I am mostly retired and I enjoy snorkeling out front (see my videos on facebook), volleyball, surfing, hiking and bond investing, and helping with community projects. Most recently, I have been working with Yale University on a project to help Ukrainians (see it here)
